Important information Cancellation terms Please follow the payment schedule for making your payments. Reminders will be sent to the email address provided in your reservation at least 2 days before payment is due. All payments made are non-refundable. Ensure the payments are made on time, as the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation for missed payments.
Children policy 2026: A child under 3 years of age stays for free (without amenities or services) if he or she sleeps in the parents' bed. Children aged 3 to 13 years old on an extra bed - a mandatory fee is added for a stay with breakfast (PLN 130/150 per night) or a stay with breakfast and dinner (PLN 230/250 per night) depending on the selected offer - the child must be reported at the time of booking. Children aged 14 and above are charged the full price. The above rules do not apply to children staying in apartments.
Pet policy Additional fees apply - only dogs are allowed. Other animals are not accepted.
Guests with dogs are not accommodated in apartments. Dogs are not allowed in the hotel restaurant and must be kept on a leash (and muzzled) in public areas.

The hotel car park features an electric car charging point belonging to the NOXO network. It is available 24 hours a day for our guests, as well as for anyone wishing to charge their car whilst travelling.
