Important information Cancellation terms The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, in which case the prepayment paid will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this date or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the booking value. In order to fully refund the deposit less than 30 days before the start of the stay, a non-returnable guarantee fee of 5% or 3% of the total booking value must be paid: Purchase of a guarantee fee of 5% of the total booking amount allows for cancellation up to 48 hours before the planned start of the stay and a refund of the deposit omitting the warranty fee. Purchase of a guarantee fee of 3% of the total booking amount allows for cancellation up to 5 days before the planned start of the stay and a refund of the deposit without the guarantee fee.
Children policy 2026: Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge when sleeping in their parents' bed. Children aged 3 to 13 years old on an extra bed - a mandatory fee is added for a stay with breakfast (PLN 130/150 per night) or a stay with breakfast and dinner (PLN 230/250 per night) depending on the selected offer - the child must be reported at the time of booking. Children aged 14 and above are charged the full price. The above rules do not apply to children staying in apartments.
Pet policy Additional fees apply - only dogs are allowed. Other animals are not accepted.
Guests with dogs are not accommodated in apartments. Dogs are not allowed in the hotel restaurant and must be kept on a leash (and muzzled) in public areas.
Parking - information 2026: Parking space in the underground garage (not available for electric cars) – PLN 45/hotel day – advance booking required due to limited number of parking spaces. Parking space at the hotel – PLN 30/hotel day – no booking required.
The hotel car park has an electric car charging point belonging to the NOXO network. It is available 24 hours a day to our guests, as well as to anyone who would like to recharge their car while traveling. The cost of entering the hotel car park is PLN 30/car.
