Cancellation terms

The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, in which case the prepayment paid will be refunded. In the event of cancellation after this date or no-show on the day of arrival, the hotel will charge the guest 30% of the booking value. In order to fully refund the deposit less than 30 days before the start of the stay, a non-returnable guarantee fee of 5% or 3% of the total booking value must be paid: Purchase of a guarantee fee of 5% of the total booking amount allows for cancellation up to 48 hours before the planned start of the stay and a refund of the deposit omitting the warranty fee. Purchase of a guarantee fee of 3% of the total booking amount allows for cancellation up to 5 days before the planned start of the stay and a refund of the deposit without the guarantee fee.

Children policy

2022: A child up to 2 years old stays for free if he sleeps on his parents' bed. Child from 3 to 13 years old on extra bed - obligatory fee is charged for stay with breakfast (100/120 PLN / day) or stay with breakfast and dinner (160/180 PLN / day) depending on the selected offer - registration of the child is required at the time of booking. A child from 14 years of age is counted as fully paid. The stay of children in the apartment is not subject to the above rules. 2023: A child up to 2 years old stays free of charge if he sleeps on his parents' bed. Child from 3 to 13 years old on extra bed - obligatory fee is charged for stay with breakfast (PLN 120/150 / day) or stay with breakfast and dinner (PLN 190/220 / day) depending on the selected offer - registration of the child is required at the time of booking. Pet policy

Additional fees apply - it is possible to bring a dog. Other animals are not allowed. We do not accommodate guests with dogs in the apartments. Dogs are not allowed in the hotel restaurant and must be on a leash (dogs must be muzzled) in public areas.

2022: Parking space in the underground garage - PLN 40 / hotel day - prior reservation required due to the limited number of parking spaces. Parking space at the hotel - PLN 25 / hotel day - no reservation required. 2023: Parking space in the underground garage - PLN 45 / hotel day - prior reservation required due to the limited number of parking spaces. Parking space at the hotel - PLN 30 / hotel day - no reservation required.
